The first IKF.digital takes place from 18 – 20 January 2021

The International Kulturbörse Freiburg (IKF) is a trade fair for stage productions, music and events with live artist performances and an extensive exhibitor area. It was first held in 1989 in the Bürgerhaus in Seepark, and since 2001 the IKF has been at home in the halls of Messe Freiburg. The basic idea of the IKF was and is both simple and convincing. Organisers, producers and event professionals have the opportunity to experience numerous different productions and artists live in a concentrated form on just a few days. At the same time, the artists themselves or the agencies representing them have the opportunity to present themselves independently of a live performance via a stand in the exhibition hall.
The vast majority of visitors to the IKF are trade visitors: organisers, agents, event professionals, festival makers, producers. This means that agencies and artists meet a high percentage of decision-makers and potential business partners here.

Plein Soleil

At the beginning everything in the cosmos was white. Light and shadow playfully drew lines and created the world.
With lots of water, happy energy, lots of colors and lots of warmth. Space was lush, diverse, we could fly there, in the direction of Plein Soleil, view life from above and return to the same earth together.
Plein Soleil is open to the imagination of all ages, cultures and places of origin. It is a visual, wordlessly told fairy tale that is written on stage with the help of improvisations and playing with different materials. It’s generous, not conceptual, bursting with joy, verve and life. The audience sits in a circle around a paper surface. A wide variety of lines gradually accumulate on this sheet, some that have been painted, others that have been drawn with charcoal or with the help of pigments

Duo Mimikry

Duo Mimikry

We are the Duo Mimikry, two modern pantomimes who love their art form and breathe new life into it.
Whether a clumsy vampire, a ventriloquist and his cunning doll or Superman at the dentist: this is where things really get down to business. Black humor, innovative narrative techniques inspired by comics and film, the endless joy of transformation and the filling game with empty space are our tools. We don’t need an elaborate set design: two mimes, a few costumes and the audience.

When classic pantomime celebrates the poetry of movement, we add a new side to our art with a good pinch of black humor that hypnotically casts its spell on the viewer from the very first moment, amazes and makes him laugh.

Genre:
Mime, visual comedy

Stage languages:
